Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I had an issue I can get over and Eric was able to guide me the right direction. His insightful Ness and knowledge was literally life-changing. I’ve tried counseling before and it never really worked I never even found a value to it. But, Eric put me in a position where I had to do some introspection and realize different things.. My experience with him has been short of amazing. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say and I don’t feel like can can properly articulate the good he is done for me.
Eric has been awesome! I came to him for one thing, and ended up staying with him longer than I expected because he ended up helping me through so many other things. That's huge for me, because I'm a deep thinker and have had a difficult time trying to find a Therapist I could connect with. When I started with BetterHelp, and was assigned to Eric, I wasn't expecting much! What an amazing surprise to find out how awesome and effective Eric is! Eric really cares, is responsive, insightful and taught me how to think in a different more effective way. I recommend him to anyone, deep thinker or not!
Eric is very knowledgeable, patient and insightful - just what you need from a therapist.
I’m only on my 2nd appointment, but he is responsive to my messages which is extremely helpful.
