Hello, my name is Patricia Scheldrup. I have been a social worker for over 20 years and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the past 9 years. I have a broad range of experience having worked in a variety of settings, including: hospitals, foster care agencies and hospices. During my career I have helped individuals facing a multitude of challenges; from anxiety and depression to death and dying. I have also assisted people struggling with various life transitions, family/relationship issues, grief and chronic pain.

I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds. My approach is holistic, authentic and multifaceted. I use a wide range of therapeutic modalities in my treatment approach, including: cognitive behavioral, solution focused and strength based therapies. I also like to incorporate meditation into my practice. I approach each client with respect for their individuality and right to self determination. I strongly believe people have the ability to heal and thrive!
