Hello, please allow me to introduce myself, I am Antoinette Babers a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Master of Science degree from California Baptist University in Riverside, California. I have over 12 years’ experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and children. I have also facilitated many therapeutic groups. My experience includes being able to provide therapy by utilizing multiple platforms including video conferencing, face-to-face therapy, and phone therapy. Presently, I am part of a group private practice where I see clients who have a myriad of issues and concerns including depression, anxiety, marital problems, bipolar disorder, other personality disorders, post-partum issues, PTSD, family issues, attachment problems, trauma (physical, emotional, and sexual), low self-esteem and self-worth, stage of life issues, behavioral problems, and gender concerns just to name a few. I have taught various workshops and seminars and authored curriculum for most of the workshops I have facilitated, including “Friendship and Social Skills,” “Bullying: Prevention and Intervention,” and “Divorce Recovery for Adults, Teens, and Children.”
I endeavor to assist my clients in fostering growth through an eclectic therapeutic orientation including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I am client centered. I meet the client where they are by assisting and facilitating change based on the needs of the client. I am empathetic and understanding. I possess the ability to join with my client by providing a safe space to have those difficult conversations, process emotions, and work towards growth and recovery through client driven treatment goals.
My goal with each of my clients is to assist you in becoming the best you you can be. I am looking forward to assisting you in this journey to health and wholeness.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
