Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Adam has been great and i am glad ingot paired up with him. He is very relatable and has good examples and gives good tools.
Adam rocks!
We have not begun our sessions but he is very timely checking in.
Patient and easygoing. No feeling of pressure on my side. He had great knowledge of the specific issues I was dealing with (substance abuse), and when I wanted to explore other issues peripheral/core to that initial issue Adam was extremely adaptable and accommodating. Good internet connection. Adam is also very good about allowing the session to flow slightly overtime, and so I never felt pressured to end a session on a hasty note.
Adam has really made my nervousness with counseling a great experience. He gives me methods to deal with my anxiety. I always feel good after my sessions.
