Welcome - I’m Victoria Bryant, and I hail from Southern California. I am a licensed psychotherapist, master teacher and healer who dedicated my life to understanding how the body and mind work together. I help others create positive change in their lives through what I know. Growing up as a musician and dancer, earning a Masters degree in Psychology, working in a private practice where 75% of my clientele was the LBGTQ population addressing their unique and various needs - especial Trans folks; add to that becoming a wife, mother, and step-mother, it has always been clear to me that through what we mostly experience as dissonance in life, the body, mind and spirit are connected through a harmony all their own. In order to treat the pain of trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction… it is best to use a multi-layered approach to wellness, tailored for each individual.

Over the past 25 years in private practice, I have been able to develop skilled and wise techniques that have been proven to facilitate change beyond a doubt, and my methods are uniquely my own. I am not aligned with popular theory or rhetoric because I combine my own life experience with my knowledge and I get lasting results for emotional, spiritual and physical pain.

I live my approach by living consciously and in an aligned, healthy relationship to my body, and the people closest to me. I believe this is the path for the most pain free life possible. I am devoted to showing you what it takes to know and love your body, mind and spirit from the inside and out.
