Hello my name is Nikki and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I have a B.S in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Education from Colorado State University, as well as hundreds of hours of continuing education.
I have worked in the field of counseling for the over 23 years. I started working in the field of substance abuse and domestic violence and then went on to get my master's degree in Education and Human Resources. I have been providing services for individuals, families and kids of all ages. I have experience working with parents who are struggling with extreme behaviors with their children, trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression and people who are seeking career transitions. I use a client centered approach and focus on your treatment goals using your individual strengths to help you accomplish your goals. I enjoy working with a diverse population of adults from all ages.
I am married and a mother to two very amazing kids. I have two cats a dog so my house is always busy. My family loves adventures so we spend most of our summers traveling. I think it is important for my kids to grow up learning about other cultures and I want to give them experiences that last a lifetime.
Asking for help is never easy and I feel truly honored when individuals trust me to guide them in their time of need. I am very open, non-judgmental, compassionate and easy to talk to. I look forward to the opportunity to work together.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I have only had 2 sessions with Nikki but the 2 have been very important to me and my well being.
Nikki has been a wonderful support system for me in a time where there have been few options. She shared resources and ideas that helped me reshape my thinking as well as offered an unbiased ear so that I could safely vent and get to the bottom of the issues I have been struggling with. I was skeptical in the beginning, meeting a counselor online, but it has helped me be more thoughtful leading into our discussions which in turn has meant our sessions are much more valuable and constructive. I very much appreciate Nikki's help and would recommend both her and Better Help.
Nikki is a wonderful professional who knows how to focus on important issues from all the clutter. I highly recommend Nikki.
I am so thankful for Nikki, she is absolutely incredible. There just isn't enough words!
Nikki has been very responsive even when I have not reciprocated, which makes me feel like I have her full support at all times. Her advice is very clear and intelligent. I feel more empowered reading her messages. She’s giving me excellent ideas to process.
Nikki is wonderful. She’s compassionate, experienced, and has been very helpful in helping me through a rough patch.
Nikki is very responsive to your needs in a timely manner.
Nikki has been very supportive to me at a very sensitive time in my life. I am grateful that I was paired up with her and highly recommend her! Thanks Nikki!
I’m finding a lot of what Nikki offers for advice is very useful and helpful.
Nikki's help was non-judgemental and valuable. Exactly what I needed when I needed it. She is compassionate, patient and relatable.
I have worked with Nikki for a couple of months now and have made so much progress. I like her informal, more casual style. She is resourceful with scholarly-type articles when I want them, but is much more practical. Is more focused on listening and giving me tools to help me rather than trying to "diagnose" or "psychoanalyze" me. So thankful I was matched with her!
Nikki is very friendly and warm, I really appreciate having someone to talk to at any time.
I'm satisfied with Nikki, she's very kind, she's open, and I'm looking forward to see what our process together brings. I feel a great difference between how I felt when I first started talking to her and how I feel now and for that I'm grateful.
I'm finding it really helpful to have someone neutral to talk to. Nikki brings great perspective as well as providing useful suggestions and tools to support me.
Extremely helpful, always shares personal struggles similar to mine and I love that I don't feel crazy for feeling the way I do. The only thing is it's kind of hard only getting one response a day sometimes two, and never being consistent of when I would get a reply.
I have appreciated Nikki's compassion and kindness with my issues. She helped me focus on what is important while being reassuring about my fears and anxieties.
I have completely barraged Ms. Ciletti, but she has taken the time to read all my correspondences and replied to them promptly. She has demonstrated great empathic sentiment and support. She asks pointed questions and she is full of ideas as to where to begin. I look forward to her commentary!
I very much enjoy working with Nikki. She has helped me a ton and continues to check on me, which I appreciate so much.. it's so nice to feel like there is someone there, looking out for you and wanting to make sure you are okay for the day.
Nikki is a great listener and gave me several practical things I could do to help with my anxiety.
I started talking with Nikki in a time of personal crisis. I cannot imagine a better match. She has been exceptionally responsive, and always seems to somehow know how to weed out the ancillary to get to the root issue. I would highly recommend her!
She's excellent, listens, very easy to talk to, intuitive, has been very helpful.
Was a wonderful therapist. Gave me lots of good advice, and has a very kind, positive nature.
