I am a licensed clinical social worker providing trauma-informed therapy services. I provide a safe and inviting presence that allows clients to work through a wide range of issues including with grief, depression, anxiety, break-ups, stress, relationship issues, and struggles with identify and self-esteem. Together we will focus on your natural strengths and interests to help you to cope and feel better. I very much understand the importance of building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship in order for clients to feel comfortable opening up and truly working toward their goals.

I received my Master's in Social Work degree from the University of Denver and have over 10 years of experience providing therapy services and support to individuals of all ages. My background includes work in community mental health, grief and loss centers, private practice, and hospice care.

I provide an eclectic approach to therapy that is tailored to meet the needs of each individual client- whether you are looking for traditional talk therapy or creative hands-on ideas for expressing yourself. While my specialty is grief and loss, I have also received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy. Jamie has become a friend for me in a time of severe depression, grieving, and solitude. As an introvert, being able to express myself and be accepted through writing has been incredibly helpful to me.
