Hello!
It takes courage and strength to know when to seek a happier or more fulfilled life through counseling and so I thank you for taking that first step. I have 9 years of experience in the counseling field and have been a licensed as a Professional Counselor in both Wyoming and Colorado for the last 6 years. I believe the most important part of counseling is building a trusting, comfortable and collaborative relationship so that is what I strive for most. I therefore vow to create a safe and non judgmental space for you as we begin our work together.
My theoretical orientation is Person Centered or Rogerian in nature as I believe everyone is different and therefore everyone's view of his or her own world and the ability to change it is different as well. I also practice Strength Based and Solution Focused counseling as well to help clients meet the goals they set for themselves. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Denver, Colorado. I have worked with clients ages 2 years old through the lifespan and enjoy the diversity of working with many different clients of different backgrounds. I have worked in private practice, community mental health agencies and school districts in order to help people overcome obstacles and reach their ultimate goals in life.
Everyone needs to feel heard and connected at different times in their life and that is what I am here for!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Erin is a great listener, and always does her best to make you feel understood.
She is very professional! She wants to help any way she can, and she very good at what she does!
I was slightly nervous to begin therapy at first, but after the first session with Erin I was able to open up and freely talk about what was going on in my life and how I felt about it. She's very kind and understanding and I was able to let my guard down easily with her. Thank you for being a friend when I had no one else to talk to.
She is always helpful and I have grown a great deal working with her.
Erin has been an essential piece of my current healing process. Erin is thorough, empathetic, and genuinely listens. She follows up in a timely matter and makes thoughtful suggestions. Would recommend Erin McClure to anyone needing help.
Erin does a great job and is great at listening and understanding
Erin took the time to craft messages that reflected back a perspective that helped me to see a different side as well as asked questions that helped me dig deeper into the heart of the matter. I would recommend her most definitely!
She’s gives great advice and I trust her words.
I am so grateful for Erin to be my counselor my second time around cuz she helps me look out side of what my family says. She is so great cuz I can text her any time and with in a day she gets make to me. The work sheets that she gives is great. Thank you so much for help me from doing things I would regret in the long run
I have built a great trust in Erin and she is always there for me when I need her, she has helped me in So many ways and I feel so supported by her everyday. Thank you ERIN XO
Erin is very good at responding to all of my issues. She does a questionnaire in the beginning to know what's going on and that can seem like those messages are copied and pasted. But after the initial questions she takes her time to read through all of the messages and respond to all of your problems. Her responses are very thought-out and helpful.
Erin has been kind to me. She listens, and tries to offer realistic solutions or advice. I had heard that most of the advice here was copied and pasted, or form-feeling. I do not get that impression... I feel like she understands my struggles, and is honestly trying to help.
Erin is very kind and listen very well. She understand most thing i explain even without going on and on about it. She answer quickly and is very supportive. I really like her and recommend her strongly for her personality and skills.
She's had great tips and helps me see things from another angle, it's been super helpful!
I've been with Erin now for a little over 6 months and she had helped me a lot. As a result, I'm thinking more clearly and am more aware of things happening around me. She is very good at what she does...
I haven’t been with Erin for very long but it is clear to me that she is listening and cares about me. She doesn’t judge me and is looking out for my best interest. It’s so nice to have her to talk to when I don’t feel like there’s anyone else. I’m glad I met her.
Erin is responsive and responsible with her therapy. She's very smart and knows much about different terminology that was helpful for me to learn. I really appreciate our time together, and hope to continue.
Great!
Erin is great, she's very supportive and takes the time to respond to all of my questions. She took her time getting to know me and my situation which I greatly appreciate.
