Taylor helped me during a tough time in my life and I’m in such a much better place. We are all imperfect and I’m still working on things that are different but I feel equipped to handle all internal challenges as a result of Taylor.

Taylor excels at allowing you the freedom to express yourself without judgement while remaining extremely disciplined in her therapeutic approach. I started almost 1 year ago and my life has literally had a full 180 since then for the better. Knowing how to recognize that I am in control of my life was just a tremendous for me as I struggled with self confidence. Finding joy within and not from external sources that really don’t care was also a game changer. My entire approach to life has been modified and I’m beyond grateful to have Taylor be a pivotal catalyst of this transformation.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I’ve been working with Taylor for almost 8 months now. So much in my life has shifted for the better as a result of Taylor’s approach. Healing is hard. As an African American and Latino man, suppressing emotions and dealing with them silently is the norm. Having Taylor confidently show me that expressing and most importantly controlling emotions is a sign of strength and not weakness was mind altering. Knowing what’s underneath the surface of my emotions, identifying them, articulating myself, setting healthy respectful boundaries and cutting myself some slack for messing up was the best thing to ever happen to me. Honestly life altering. Thank you Taylor.

Reviewed November 2021

Taylor is an active listener, gives great advice, uses kind words, and makes me feel human. I personally feel like we made a good connection from day 1. She also checks in weekly, especially if she hasn’t heard from me in a while
