It took a lot of self motivation to reach out for help. It became so easy to get into a regular routine of being extremely anxious and upset and easily getting angry. When I finally reached out for professional help Dr. Fredricks was key in helping me find a positive balance within myself. She encouraged good habits I had already developed and made suggestions to help me in other areas that I needed to work on. She really is an expert with a wide range of knowledge and reccommondations. She is very good at listening to your personal needs and considering your personality and combining that with scientific backup from the world of psychology. She shared many studies and helpful worksheets and research to reinforce information, which was helpful for me since I am very interested in science and research. The biggest part is your own participation. I tried my hardest to listen to Dr. Fredricks and follow her suggestions to a “T” and it has truly changed my life for the better. I 100% would not find myself in the same positive, motivated and overall happy mindset without Dr. Fredricks. I HIGHLY recommend her expertise! She is very kind and knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help.
