I am an experienced, trained and Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, Clinical Supervisor for MFT and MHC, and a life coach specializing in treating individuals with mental, emotional or behavioral disorders or couples experiencing relationship distress. During the approximately six months I've been working with her, Christine has been an invaluable source of support through what turned out to be a particularly turbulent period of time. Christine has a very caring and gentle personality. She listens very well, keeps an open mind and asks good questions to get to the bottom of problems. She also takes quite an active role so it feels like you're having a conversation with a good friend who cares for your wellbeing rather than speaking into a sound recorder. The sound recorder experience is what I have had with previous counsellors. It might be effective eventually but I feel very frustrated in the process.
