I cannot say enough about my therapist Linda Crawford! I was skeptical at first about getting the BetterHelp app but my Dr and family thought I would benefit from it and I am so glad I listened to them!! I filled everything out that they question you on to find a therapist for you and I was connected with Linda. From the first session I knew I could work with her! She was professional but yet empathetic at the same time. She helped me get through a very rough spot with my anxiety and gave me many tools, exercises etc to help along with just talking and rationalizing with me to help clear up my perspective on things. I worked with Linda for 4 months and I was very sad when it was our last session because I will miss talking with her. I highly recommend her and if I need any help in the future I will request her!!!
