Most of us are doing the best they can with the options and tools they have available at the time. Sometimes we need a helping hand to move forward. In these times of need therapy can offer insight, objective feedback, and guidance. Together we can work towards reaching your goals and personal growth.
I have over 15 years’ experience providing mental health services and behavioral counseling. I have worked with adults, couples, families, adolescents and even children. I have helped to treat issues including anxiety, depression, anger management, low self-confidence, school/ career concerns, stress, parenting dynamics, and relationship challenges. My therapeutic style draws elements from cognitive-behavioral model, strength’s-based approach, motivational interviewing, and solution focused to name a few. My approach is friendly, non-judgmental interjecting both constructive criticism and even humor at times.
Change is a process that can be undertaken at any stage of your life. Just because today does not align with your goals, does not reflect what you can achieve tomorrow. My hope is that together we can help you identify skills and techniques to get your life back in the direction you want to go.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Jason has changed my life
Jason has helped me to change my life from the inside out. I can’t imagine my life over the last two years without these conversations. I feel like a completely different person who looks at like completely different. Jason is the best!!!
Jason changes my life one session at a time. I’ve speaking to him for over a year and I feel my mental and emotional transformation over the last year wouldn’t have been possible without Jason. Jason is a god-send! His questions are always amazing and thought provoking, and he seems to always know the right thing to say. I can’t recommend him enough.
I have all confidence in Jason. I have recommended him to anyone seeking a therapist
Jason is an awesome counselor! 10/10 would eecvomend
Jason is a very knowledgeable and attentive therapist
Jason has been phenomenal. Honest, empathetic and very much willing to listen without any judgment, so your session feels like a very safe space! I respect him and his approach and I think he'd be a great therapist for whatever the situation is that might need counseling.
Jason is both professional and personal when it comes to my therapy. He understands not only my needs, but how to relate the information, so I may understand it and comprehend it better. I am very pleased with Jason as my counselor.
Jason is a great councellor, and I look forward to our sessions every week. If for some reason we have to skip one, my whole week gets thrown off. He makes you feel like you are speaking with a friend, not that he's there's just doing his job. I've had councellor in the past that made me feel like I was just a way of making money, and they didn't seem to care or even seem like they were listening. Jason listens to me, and never makes me feel like my concerns or problems are silly. I am very blessed that he accepted me as a client. I HIGHLY recommend him.
Jason is great! He is extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He is helping me with many issues and is providing constructive feedback with his advice and worksheets.
He was very knowledgeable and concerned about my needs. He responses back very quickly to my messages. He is very supportive and caring.
Jason understands my issues, and instead of telling me outright, he lets me come to the conclusions and presents different ideas that may help me. Jason is a very good match for me.
Jason is a fabulous counselor. He is full of good advice and has a very calming presence. I would recommend Jason to anyone dealing with stress and anxiety like I was
Jason is an amazing therapist and I would recommend him to anyone! He has completely changed my life for the better!
