Victoria had been great. I've been working with her for just over a year and have made so much progress that I wouldn't have been able to make without her help. She listens and remembers what I've said across second and she sets homework and has a plan for what we are going to be doing which helps.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. It has been my pleasure to foster great rapport with my previous clients by helping them navigate the difficulties and challenges of their lives. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of settings. I specialize in individual counseling and I have worked with children, adolescents, and families.
My specialties include: anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and immigration/acculturation problems.
My theoretical orientation is eclectic, combining cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavioral approaches with mindfulness and motivational interviewing.
My approach to therapy comes from the belief that every individual is their own expert and possesses the inner wisdom that guides them to find the right path, and my role as a counselor, is to help uncover your inner wisdom and resiliency.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Victoria has been so helpful to me since starting therapy. She explains theories and strategies in a way that help me really understand what I am feeling and experiencing. I have shared things I've learned with friends and family and anyone I have told said they wished she was were their therapist! She has helped me so much, I am so grateful for all she does.
Victoria Baca has been attentive and thoughtful in her approach to helping me cope with work anxiety, and we are focused on changing behaviors that allow me to effectively remain strong throughout the day.
Victoria has made me feel very comfortable, I feel like I could tell her anything. Also, she doesn't push or try to go too quickly and instead goes at a pace i am comfortable with. Without her help I wouldn't be where I am today.
Not ready for review yet, we're still in the process. She's brilliant, she's analytical, sticks to protocol and but also empathetic and in tune. She really is a god-sent.
Victoria is a great therapist. She has shared a number of key concepts and frameworks to enable me to better understand my own mental health and help me make decisions that improve my wellbeing.
Victoria has helped overcome many emotions I have had lingering for far too long with amazing coping methods and meditation. She is a very good listener and always has the perfect metaphor for the situation which makes it much much easier to focus and understand.
Victoria has been fantastic, couldn’t recommend more
Victoria's support not only helps me navigate my own day to day life, but I often find myself sharing her teachings with my friends. Funny enough, my friends probably appreciate her nearly as much as I do. Her expertise and ability to apply it to a variety of situations is extremely helpful.
Therapy sessions with Victoria have been tremendously beneficial. Victoria hears my problems and offers support and solutions in a way where I can take control in my path to overcoming anxiety. She does an excellent job in creating a comfortable and non-judgemental environment.
Even in our first few sessions, Victoria has helped me so much. We got straight down to business and are already finding ways to help me function better in daily life.
Victoria is a capable and comprehensive therapist that not only remembers the details of your life and your situation, but where you left off the week before. I appreciate her thoroughness and expertise with my issues, allowing me to continue to grow as a person through the therapeutic experience.
Victoria has helped me so much, couldn’t recommend more
Victoria helped me through a difficult time when I was leaving an abusive situation. She understood what I needed in the moment, gave me practical advice, and really listened to me. Her professional guidance was great support to me when I needed it. I still need to work on myself and l would very much like to work with Victoria again.
Victoria has been absolutely fantastic. Having had really negative experiences in the past. I was extremely skeptical, but Victoria has been so fantastic. She is extremely supportive and understanding. Has made a huge difference to my life and can’t thank her enough!
Victoria's style of counseling is highly evidence based, which works really well for me because I'm highly logical and enjoy learning about the human body. She's the first therapist I've had that I feel truly understands my needs, and strives to help me make progress in terms of my mental health beyond simply listening.
Victoria had helped me so much. I have been with her throughout this pandemic and I am so grateful for being able to do that
Victoria is an excellent mental health professional. I have seen other therapists, but this is the first time I can establish rapport with one. Not only does she knows the tools to help her clients, she is also compassionate and kind. Since I am a scientist, I really like that she explains to me the biological and psycopathological basis of my condition, I feel that she can speak my language. After 2 months working with her, I have developed skills and self-care routines that have improved my mental health. I am still a work in progress, but my quality of life has improved since. Cannot recommend her enough!
Victoria has been the first person I have spoken to whom I feel like can actually understand my difficulties. She is always reassuring and positive with a light-hearted and easy-going attitude. I am so thankful for her and the opportunity to work with her...especially after nearly giving up hope in available mental health services! Blessed, truly.

I was really nervous about starting therapy at first, but even after just a few sessions with Victoria it’s what I’ve been looking forward to every week! Very supportive and kind, and her explanations of things open my eyes to my own behaviors quite often.
Victoria has been very helpful with planning out self wellness and how to understand my PTSD. She makes me feel safe and reassured which is a major thing for me when it comes to therapy.
Victoria has been my advocate since day one and I appreciate her for that. Her insightful questions have helped me gain some huge breakthroughs. Thank you!
