I received my Masters of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2013. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2010 from Florida Atlantic University. I have worked in a variety of settings ranging from group counseling to inpatient therapy. I have been a telehealth provider since 2019 and thoroughly enjoy the new direction of therapy. My primary areas of focus are anxiety and panic disorders. I also can help during life transitions and periods of adjustment. I use a variety of techniques and interventions to make the most of our time together which will stem from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

She’s great!
Toni is amazing! She takes time to listen to my concerns and issues and really works through them with me. She shows she cares and really makes me feel comfortable when I’ve struggled finding a therapist I connect with. Toni is awesome! She responds daily and she reads through every single word that I type. I know this because she provides me feedback on absolutely everything. That's something that I truly appreciate. I know she cares and loves what she does. It shows. It's a blessing to have a counselor who pays attention and is focused on what I have to say and what I'm feeling. I had been close to unsubscribing in the past but stayed because of Toni and her desire to help me through my life circumstances.
