I appreciate Jamie's problem solving approach to therapy. While it is wonderful to be validated by a therapist, my needs have always been along the lines of practicing coping skills, problem solving, and hacking my own mind to better my emotional regulation. Very grateful to have her in my life - I am maturing into a more confident, self-reliant person who is learning to be compassionate to themselves.

I know how difficult but rewarding the process of self-change can be. I hope to offer empowerment and validation to the clients that I work with, as well as solutions to the problems you are facing. I am a big believer in positive thinking, and that small steps can add up to big changes. I know taking steps to better yourself can feel daunting, and I am here to offer support and accountability on that journey. If your efforts to achieve change typically result in to-do lists that become lists of unaccomplished goals, please reach out to me and allow me to assist you.
I spent many long years of my life working odd jobs and wandering around life aimlessly before finding my calling in therapy. I attended the University of Central Florida to complete my Master's in mental health, and I have worked in community mental health agencies, including traditional outpatient, inpatient, schools and clinics, substance abuse, and with adults and children from diverse walks of life and backgrounds. I have a Solution-Focused background and utilize elements of CBT, and ACT. I am a big believer in the science of mental health and what current research shows, and I like to find approaches that are tailored to my individual clients. I also believe that our experiences in life have lasting impact, which is not something to be battled against, but rather incorporated into our own personal versions of mental health. I believe in research and skill-building, but also that this is not a one-size fits all process.
I look forward to working with you to achieve change in your life!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Jamie is the best therapist I have ever had. She listens and is attentive to helping me find myself and learn from my past. She’s incredible
I don’t know how I survived before working with Jamie. My life and ability to manage my stress and life in general has significantly improved. I’m thankful for her care and help through it all.
Jamie has helped me in many ways through our sessions, one in which is the most important; I have a much better understanding and acceptance of myself. I feel more confident in my opinions, wants and desires and am continuing to work on self acceptance every day. Without Jamie’s help this wouldn’t have been possible.
Jamie is the best. I have learned so much from her. Everything we talk about in our sessions I’m able to take that into my every day life. I feel I have made a lot of growth and positive changes.
Jamie has helped me enormously. Shealways listens and gives me positive ways to deal with my many issues. I have been through some horrible stuff in my life. Jamie was the one who I trusted enough to tell things I never spoke a word of to anyone else. I would recommend her to anyone that is serious about getting the help they need.
I have been loving this experience. My therapist is truly making a huge impact in my life.
She’s amazing!! Down to Earth, easy to talk to. I truly appreciate finding her!
Jamie has been awesome. Her advise is practical, yet open-ended enough that I still have to do "my part" in my own journey.
Jamie always helps me get my head straight when I need guidance. She asks great, thought provoking questions that lead me to my own conclusions. Because of that, I’ve gained confidence in myself and feel better equipped to solve problems on my own. Life changing!!
Jamie is a great therapist, I've been going to therapy for years and have struggled to connect with a therapist. I connected with Jamie right a way because she's real and honest.
Was very personable and easy to talk to especially when just starting out with therapy
Jamie has been great! Her understanding but to-the-point research-based style has been great for me.
Jamie has been incredibly helpful in going through my current situation. Just having that someone to listen makes such a difference
Jamie was amazing!! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
Jamie keeps it real and relatable. I've found her feedback and the resources she provides to be reassuring and helpful to my progress.
Jamie is the most amazing person I have ever come in contact with. She is ALWAYS there for me and makes me feel comfortable and very well supported and those are qualities I have never had in my life. I’m so incredibly blessed and thankful to have her!

I have only had a few sessions with Jamie and so far I am very happy. She makes me feel comfortable to express myself in a safe space. She makes me feel heard and understood.
I've worked for Jamie a little over 8 months. She has helped me and walked me through many stages of depression and anxiety. She has been a wonderful guide for me. She has helped me unscramble the different thoughts in my brain. I have gained back much of my confidence, and she has given me many tools to help counteract my depression and anxiety. I will be able to use these tools in the future.
I have been in and out of therapy my whole life and have worked with countless therapists. Jamie is one of my two very favorite therapists of all times and we’ve only had 3 sessions together so far which is saying a lot. I highly recommend her!!!
She’s great, nice smart lady.
I’ve only been working with Jamie for a few short weeks, but I’m so excited to continue with her! She is everything I hope for in a therapist. She has extensive knowledge of many treatments and therapy types. Her previous experience with patients of TMS was especially helpful to me.
Jamie takes the issues I have and is able to put them in a way that helps me work towards a happy, better situation. She understands and empathizes with a lot of what I go through and I feel that she is able to help me communicate and express what is going on. She makes me feel very comfortable.
Jamie has been excellent
She is awesome, my first time in theraphy, and for all that has happened in my life ,for me to take that step finally at an older age is a miracle in itself.Jamie and l connected very well and thats the first thing a person does when they start this type of thing.Lf you dont connected than you arent going anywhere with that person and that happened with first therapist L had on here.Jamie is great at explaining things and listening....l would recommend here to any one who needs help and someone to sort things out and just listen......She is experienced in alot of issues ...And thats what l needed!!!
I was wary about the process but I’m glad that I decided to follow through and be paired with Jamie she has made the process easy and very helpful.
Thanks for supporting nurses!
Having an honest , understanding, and person who actually cares about their patients was a must for me. I’m so glad Jamie is just that.
Just go with her. You won’t regret it. 8 months later, best decision I’ve made for me. I’m important. Mental health is important.
She’s nice and help in a lot of ways. It’s strange to talk with someone on this level that you don’t know. Buts she does make easier then expected
She is amazing and really knows when to give you the questions and feedback you need to really think about your situation. I feel comfortable talking to her and she makes me feel validated.
