Sarah is a great coach, knows how to lead me to my own conclusions and highlights areas that I need to improve at. She is also great to virtually kick my bum when I start under valuing myself and always has great examples to gently direct me to the right track.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Overall rating:
Sarah is a great coach, knows how to lead me to my own conclusions and highlights areas that I need to improve at. She is also great to virtually kick my bum when I start under valuing myself and always has great examples to gently direct me to the right track.
Sara has been a huge help and support during some of the most difficult times in my life. She always offers practical, sensible advice and doesn’t just tells me what I want to hear, but rather what I need to hear.
Sarah is a wonderful coach who gently guides me to the right directions, feels when I need a bit of pause and able to give relevant advice without being suggestive when needed. I had quite a few realizations because of our sessions when she simply guided me through the answers I already knew, but only subconsciously.
Sara has helped me come out of a dark place and helped me enable myself to be the best version of myself since I started therapy. She has also helped me learn the importance of putting myself first and I can now look at the mirror nowadays feeling confident in myself.
