Beth is genuine and down to Earth. Her sessions feel like you are talking with a trusted friend versus experiencing something clinical. She puts you at ease and gives you tools and tactics that are easy to understand and implement to help you in healing yourself. She is an encourager who helps you harness and leverage your own strengths. After working with Beth for a few months, I am calmer, can look at situations objectively, and have significantly less anxiety. I highly recommend her.
