Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I have only met with her one time but so far all is going well
Ms. Dabney is an amazing therapist who creates a good balance with me. She helps where needed and then listen and confirms where I need it too. I have been with her for a year but had several horrid experiences Before her on better help. It can be hard but searching less me to her and she was the therapist I was hoping for.
Although I have recently started with Sara, I can already tell she knows what she is doing. I have had therapists in the past who disregard my concerns without trying to go deeper in the cause. I have my own educational background in mental health which helps me see minor differences that actually make a huge impact. Sara is professional, friendly and most of all non-judgmental which is huge for concerns which may harbor some shame or embarrassment. Having the wrong therapist would prevent getting much needed help, Sara is by far the right choice.
