Dr Graham came into my life at a time when life was in my mind “optional”. I am beyond grateful for her expertise and direct clear counseling, mentoring, and coaching. Grief was in the drivers seat for every aspect of my life and I am now able to have a place for grief while still functioning and living for my family and myself. There is so much more I could say and so many more areas of focus that we have worked through but ultimately she has been the therapist I never knew I needed and has helped guide me to use what I have and know to transform my life. #ForeverGrateful

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I just started counseling for the first time in my life after overcoming a lot of personal resistance to the idea. I've only had 1 session with Rosalind Graham but so far, I feel very comfortable, I like the format, the many options available and her responsiveness. Looking forward to taking this journey with her.

This therapist was very judgemental and pretty much called me liar 5 minutes into the first session when discussing my past issues. People do not need this extra mess in their life when they are already struggling with life as is. Makes me feel like there is no help out there. Very discouraging and makes me skeptical about using the Better Help app.

So far she’s been very helpful although we’ve only spoken once.

Rosalind is an amazing professional. She listens, cares, and challenges me to work through my issues. She’s taken the time to learn what works best for me and helps pace me progress. She is focused on my long-term mental health and developing a toolbox to self-manage my issues. I appreciate her very much!

Absolutely amazing therapist. She knows just what buttons to push or the perfect question to pose for optimal growth. Absolutely amazing.

She has taken the time to truly understand my situation and really made me feel very comfortable about my struggles and made me realize that i shouldn’t feel bad about them. She is patient, kind, and cares immensely about the details. Rosalind provides you with a great emotional foundation in order for you to gain the necessary strength before digging into deeper issues you may have. She has offered a peace of mind for me in a short time, which can only improve from here. I was nervous about who i’d receive, but I’m very happy I received her as a therapist.

Rosalind is a mindful person. She knows her craft. She is honest as far I can tell and as direct as possible to her dialogue partners. She has helped me a lot and encouraged me when ever possible. I feel good talking to her even if the topic painful to me. She is also able to tell me things I do not want to her, like pointing out my own mistakes. Besides dealing with the effect of the news, I still feel good about talking with her.

I just started with Rosalind 2 weeks ago, but already she has been helpful in shedding light on several things and helped me with my grief, due to a major loss this year. I would absolutely recommend her. She is highly insightful and is in the right field for sure. She also makes you feel safe. Not everyone does that. I'm glad I found her.

Rosalind is the best therapist, I have ever had. I respect her judgement and guidance. She is a great listener and doesn’t tell you what you want to hear but she shares what you need to hear to grow . All the while giving you the tools to heal and grow while being gentle / patient and kind.

Ms. Graham is really helping me cut through the reasons behind what has happened to me throughout my life. She is a wonderful counselor and sees and hears and validates and really understands what I am going through. I greatly appreciate that and it has been immensely helpful even in the first four sessions of our time together.

Rosalind does a great job asking questions to get to the root of what I’m saying. She’s real and stops me when she hears me going down an unhealthy path. She is very knowledgeable and recognizes why I speak the way I do and when she shares her thoughts it’s very enlightening. She gives me hope.

Reviewed September 2021

My therapist has helped me grow and develop in ways I never thought possible. She is intentional when reading and listening to my thoughts, feelings, and questions so she can offer insight during our sessions that is helpful. It is obvious that she is a seasoned professional and has dedicated her time to help others using her experiences and education. I am blessed to have the opportunity to learn from her and have her support. In 3 short months, I am already seeing some improvements in myself and how I interact in my relationships with others. I am thankful for her and for Betterhelp!
