I’ve only been with Rachelle for two sessions so it’s hard to really answer some of these questions. So far so great!

Hello!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, based in Florida and have 11+ years of experience working in a variety of clinical mental health settings as a therapist. I have helped to treat a wide range of concerns and I understand that there are layers to every person and situation. There is no "one size fits all" approach and I specialize in being adaptable. This includes being adaptable to your identified (and discovered) needs. My approach is collaborative, creative, transparent, and client-centered. I have additional training and experience with trauma processing, situational exposure techniques for anxiety and depression, family therapy, alternative and open relationship styles, gender and sexual diversity, and grief counseling.

Looking forward to meeting you!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
