Hi there!
My name is Morgan Clary and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Atlanta, GA. Originally hailing from Los Angeles, Ca I know how it is to move across the country and figure life out. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College in Atlanta and obtained my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Georgia School of Professional Psychology formally Argosy University, Atlanta. I have 8 years of experience working in a multitude of settings from Private Practice to Medical Hospital settings as well as Mental Health facilities. I have worked with teens, different ethnic groups, individuals, couples and families to provide a therapeutic services. While in the private practice setting, I have conducted group therapy sessions for those struggling with issues related to Domestic Violence, Anger Management and Alcohol and Drug.
My specialties would include women's issues, relational issues, depression and anxiety, bipolar and Attention Deficit disorders and grief and loss among other struggles and illnesses. While I see the value of all therapeutic approaches and incorporate aspects of each into the therapeutic process in an integrative approach when necessary to benefit my clients, my approach is primarily Cognitive Behavioral and Client Centered. My goal as the therapist, is to have compassion and respect for my clients in a nonjudgmental manner while working to identify negative thoughts and behaviors. I strive to build a strong connection and relationship with each client in an effort to tailor each experience to your specific needs. Whether you are seeking individual growth or striving for resolution in couples counseling, we can work together. Although I am a therapist, ultimately I plan to be your partner in this journey to your best life.
I commend you for taking the first step which is identifying an area where you could use a little help and reaching out. Sometimes we need a helping hand to achieve the life we desire and I'd like to be that hand for you!
My availability is limited to afternoon hours beginning at 5:30pm Monday- Thursday.

She’s the absolute best and I’ve worked with people with pHD’s before
My mental health is the most stable it has ever been and I owe that to Morgan's expertise. She's compassionate, patient, kind, and relatable. I have a complex history of trauma and she helps me navigate my life and healing well.
Amazing therapist.
Very professional. Always does an excellent job
Morgan counseled me for over a year. I knew it was the right fit because I felt heard and lighter after each session, even the very first one. I learned techniques to feel more confident in my decisions, in my relationships with other people, and in myself. She is very warm and remembers details you've mentioned to try to connect the dots. I couldn't recommend her enough!
I have had many therapists using various platforms in my life. Better help is by far the superior platform. Both therapists I have had were not only professional, but immediately offered me tangible ways to deal with whatever I was struggling with at the time. Morgan amazed me in how I was able to look at past trauma and my behavior in a different way and begin to self reflect in a way I never had before after just the second session. She was delicate with my emotions and considerate of my mental state, making sure that the work we did was productive and never harmful. She's amazing and I highly recommend her.
Morgan was the best counselor I have ever encountered. She was professional, helpful, caring, understanding, and so SO much more. She was able to help me uncover some deeply seeded trauma and able to give me some tools to help me navigate through my life better. There will be other counselors I will be with over the rest of my life, but Morgan has made the best impact on my adult life. Thank you so so much for everything. I appreciate your hard work so much. Thank you for everything.
Morgan is very patient and listens to everything you have to say. She’s also very good at gathering information and predicting a potential diagnosis or problem that you might have. It is then up to you to figure out if that fits you or not, I will say she’s dang good at predicting what you need to work on so worth trusting her. I’m getting help from her to slowly better my life, and I hope everyone gives her a shot
Morgan is understanding and helpful. She has given me great resources on how to manage stress and anxiety. Also our sessions and insightful and helps me understand why I feel the way I feel.
She’s awesome! Very flexible around my work schedule!
I can’t speak better about Morgan. We’ve been working together for about 3 months and I have already noted so many changes. She is patient, kind, accessible, understanding, but keeps you accountable on attitudes one should take responsibility for. I was matched with Morgan from the get-go and I not once wanted to change counselor. She is also hilarious and always brightened up my day when we spoke. If I could continue counseling at the moment, I would without a doubt insist to be matched with her again.
I’m so relieved to have found such an accessible option for furthering my mental health and coping skills. Morgan is competent, timely and compassionate. I’ve continued to share with family and friends how important this platform is and how easy it is to fit this self care into busy schedules.
Morgan, has been amazing and patient. She understands my needs and works with me at my pace.
