I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over 14 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients from various backgrounds over the course of my career. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, family issues, marital issues, OCD, ADHD, Autism, PTSD, and those who have experienced different types of abuse.

My style of counseling is based in helping others to develop the skills, abilities, and knowledge to make positive changes in life. I provide a place where thoughts and feelings can be expressed freely and openly to create an atmosphere of trust. I aim to assist individuals to gain insight, strategies, and tools to be successful. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral with supportive techniques to help individuals build lasting change and meet identified goals.
