Have you noticed a pattern of depression, relational dysfunction, abuse, or financial problems within your family? Are you fearful that past hurts, discrimination, or abuse will continue to haunt you? Are you prepared to do whatever it takes to prevent yourself from falling into the same harmful patterns as your family? Then, you’ve come to the right place. Welcome!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping people overcome transgenerational trauma and dysfunctional habits. By helping my clients gain awareness of what’s holding them back and implementing practical strategies of change, I walk with people in their journey to transform their family tree. It is my passion to inspire individuals to realize and achieve their full potential and personal goals, without the restraints of the past. I have also had the honor of providing therapy for clients experiencing grief and loss, domestic violence, depression, chronic illnesses, anxiety, and many forms of abuse.

My therapeutic approach includes tenets from solution-focused, psychodynamic, trauma-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. While creating a safe and warm environment for clients, I challenge them to take steps to achieve their goals. And the hard work is always worth it. I believe you could be the next person to create lasting change for your life by allowing me to join you in this journey towards freedom and hope.
