I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and a National Board-Certified Counselor (NCC). My experience includes working with relationship issues, depression and anxiety, parenting issues, trauma related emotional issues, and career related challenges. My years of experience also includes working with individuals that are military connected.

The foundation of my counseling philosophy is rooted in meeting people where they are and helping them to identify and use their inner strengths on their healing journey. It takes courage to make lifestyle changes and to trust someone with your inner thoughts and emotions. When you are ready, I am here to support and empower you.

Reviewed July 2024

I was a little skeptical about doing therapy again after having a negative experience in the past with an unrelated company. Dr. Kemp however, has been amazing! After losing my daughter and my brother in law in the same week and being diagnosed with PTSD for the 2nd time in 3 years, I decided I needed to try again. I'm so happy I was able to talk to Dr. Kemp. I have never felt like she's giving me some kind of mumbo jumbo that's irrelevant to my situation. She always listens attentively. Even if I just wanted to talk about my art or my plants for a bit. She has even suggested ways to incorporate them as therapy. I highly recommend Dr. Kemp.
