Dr. Holmes has been such a huge help as I have been working with her. She pushes me to complete "homework" that is always useful for my goals. I feel like she has helped me see the nuances of what brought me back to therapy in the first place. In seeing some of the surrounding issues/challenges, I am better able to address what needs work more thoughtfully and effectively.

I have had my first session with Dr. Holmes and I was very pleased with info she gave me. I also liked the fact that she has reached out to me and checked in with me the days we did not have sessions. She is very quick to respond to me and my journal entries as well. She has made me feel completely comfortable communicating with her. I am very pleased to have her as my counselor.
