My counseling style is warm and honest. I believe in treating everyone with respect and sensitivity, and I don't believe in labels that perpetuate stigmas. My approach is cognitive-behavioral/dialectical based (CBT/DBT), but I also take an eclectic approach to personalize needs based on the client.
