Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of counseling experience. I have counseled hundreds of clients who are in need of assistance coping through a life crisis or change, as well as clients who suffer from Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Personality Disorders or Addictions. I have experience working in multiple settings, including hospital emergency rooms as a crisis worker, and as a psychotherapist in a private practice. I have also had the opportunity to provide clinical supervision and leadership to other clinicians, as well.

We all have times where we struggle with change, decision making, relationship, family or career issues. I feel that it is a privilege to be invited into someone's life during some of their most difficult times. You are an expert on you, but we don't always have the best tools for coping through a new situation and this can be frustrating. Sometimes we need someone objective to listen and offer guidance. I offer a safe, accepting environment for my clients, balanced with identifying opportunities for growth, change and skill building. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am excited to collaborate with you on your mental health journey.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Jill is a literal life saver. She has kind and caring every step of the way, though firm with me. She has something helpful to say on nearly every weird little thing I bring to our sessions. Bar none the best therapist I have ever had.

It's taken me several years to find an empathetic therapist who doesn't judge me or shame me for my thoughts or words. If I have a novel of issues to tell her, she responds in kind, taking the time to address all of it. She is uplifting and gentle. She is rare and valuable.

Jill was really helpful during a very dark time for me. All of her advice was relevant and she was as helpful as she could be without meeting face to face and having only a brief amount of time and information with and about me. The exercises she gave were valuable and helped me focus. I truly appreciated her support.
