Bridget has been talking me through several life changes that all happened at once. I asked her to call me out on my shit when we first started talking, two months ago, and she has done just that. With a very gentle and humored hand she has been leading me through internal issues and external debris that clouds my judgment. For me, it has been exactly what I have needed and I could not have been matched better. For you, I recommend giving this one a shot.

As someone with a high self-awareness and high EQ, I've struggled to find counseling helpful in the past. My experience with Bridget has exceeded all expectations. I came in just knowing that I needed a neutral space to vent, and get some pent up emotional energy out of my body. I've taken so much more than that from my short time with Bridget. She is an expectational listener, and has offered me perspective and insight that's been refreshing and helpful. Whatever her training is, you can tell that Bridget is honing her skill of counseling carefully and intentionally, and I personally have benefited very much from how her mind works.

Bridget has been their for me. She listens and she gives suggestions. If it was not for Bridget I would have probably had a breakdown. She let me know that I was worthy of respect and that I could set boundaries . I can't express what it means to me to have someone who listens and also gives sound advice . I tend to want to fix things and I also project into the future when I should stay in the present. Anyone who has the honor of Bridget as a counselor is very fortunate.

I really appreciate the insights and recommendations she has offered me. Sometimes she just asks me one question that totally shifts my perspective on something, and that’s exactly what I think I need out of therapy. Sometimes I get locked in my viewpoints and need guidance, and she is able to offer it in a way that does not offend or shock my ego, while still challenging it to grow. I truly appreciate Bridget’s guidance.
