Dr. Gladyness has been so helpful to me in my mental health journey. She is not afraid to call me out when I’m in the wrong and really does a great job making sure doing the work. She has been so great recommending group sessions for me to find tools to use to really improve my boundaries and self esteem. It’s been so amazing and so important having a black woman as my therapist. Truly has made this whole experience worthwhile and something that I’ll continue for some time.

Cynthia is a wonderful person to work with in therapy. She takes the time to understand whatever your issue is and get to know you as a person. The help she provides is a Godsend.
