Valerie has been one of the most important people in my life for 2½ years. She's like family, but not dysfunctional like my biological family! Seriously, I don't know where I would be without her guidance. Thank you, Valerie.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Valerie is so important to me and my mental health. I was hoping to find a therapist who wouldn't make me feel like I was being judged and I definitely found that. I don't know what I would do without her.

Valerie has been so helpful! Even when I'm not good about staying in touch, she reaches out to me while making sure I know that it's OK to talk when I'm ready. She does great in working with you and listening to you.

She is prompt! She is kind! She is patient! She listens! She is fair! She is so personable; I wish I knew her in real life; she encourages me to want and desire better (more meaningful) relationships and connections! She says little; until she understands how much to say! I think of her as my friend; although she’s not; her knowledgeable and understanding approach is hard not to desire more of her time! I wish that I could talk to her more, but I do with journal entries and I am appreciative of this app... it has connected to me a better understanding and respect for Valerie and her profession! 5

Valerie is a great listener!!!!! She also never has told me what to do or what’s best. She lets me make my own decisions but also shares different point of views i may not have considered. She’s awesome
