Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I've been working with Kim now for over six months, and I appreciate her knowledge, reinforcement, and reminding me of simple foundation and grounding work that has worked for me in the past, and can work again.

Kimberly is kind and is a great listener. She has quickly understood where I am coming from, as a survivor of incestuous childhood sexual assault. Every session I have with Kimberly is helpful. I have not felt shamed, disrespected, let down, or led astray by Kim. She is fun to interact with, even through really scary and tough conversations. I have only good things to say about my experience with Kimberly so far, a few months into therapy. Great work, Kim! :D

Kimberly is BY FAR the greatest counselor I've had. I've been through 3 people including her, and she is the best! Understanding, supportive, and she can get me to think outside of my box. I was able to open up to her right away and im so glad I did. She has helped me so much in the few months we've been speaking, more so than my last two counselors combined! I can't say enough good things. 10/10 highly recommend
