Erica has been offering counselling to me for the past 6 months. My problems of anger management have improved significantly and having someone listen to my week to week struggles and offer advice and support has helped me through these difficult times. Erica conducts the sessions in an insightful way, though I may feel like I'm rambling or talking forever, she concisely pin points the triggers and issues and offers her insights for resolving and managing problems.

She listens to concerns and allows me to work through things. She also offers valuable insight and provides much-needed perspectives. She helps me through the tougher parts of therapy which sometimes have me stuck by working with me to process the more difficult parts. Through her assistance, I have been able to achieve valuable perspective and worked through some things I did not even realise shaped some of my situations and issues.

Erica has been a great help to me. I have struggled a great deal in the past connecting with therapists and felt that it was unlikely I would find affordable counselling with anyone I connected with.
