Dr. Ford has been absolutely fantastic in helping me form and discover the tools I need in working through issues. I've appreciated his encouragement and support with every session. Dr. Ford has been like the "Wizard Of Oz" in many ways helping me uncover the strength within me that was always there but I just wouldn't have believed it until now. An absolute professional in every way he's just as relatable and down to earth as an old friend that knew me for years. I'm happy to have found my way to better help and Dr. Ford is a paragon of exactly that, Better Help!

I’ve had a couple of therapists in the past, but this is the first time I truly feel seen and understood, especially as a person of color. Dr. Ford conducts his sessions are a real friend instead of “patient vs doctor” if that makes sense. I feel like I’m slowly regaining my confidence and believe he was the best investment for my mental health.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
