She's the best!! I recommend better help to all of my friends!

Having talk therapy from the comfort of your own couch is a game changer! I’m not good with time management and would always miss or be late to my appointments. Just being able to turn on the app and instantly connect with someone has been wonderful for me. It always you to feel way more comfortable talking with someone in your own private, comfy space! 10/10 would highly recommend to friends and family as well!

Hello , my name is Sarah and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years’ experience working with first time mothers and fathers, supporting them through the joys and challenges of raising a child as well as providing supportive counseling to foster and pre-adoptive families. I have experience working with families and individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, career related issues, parenting challenges, family conflict, attachment issues, trauma, and school related issues.

I have a strong passion and interest in working with first responders and family members of first responders through the highs and lows of that profession. I completed my National Registry for Emergency Medical Technician in the past and have experience and relationships within EMS. I also have a strong passion for supporting women of all ages with prenatal and postpartum related stressors and mental health related issues.

I believe every individual has the right to be heard. Every family unit has the potential to be a strong and happy one. Every human can reach their full potential in life with the right support and tools. My counseling style is warm, empathetic, and supportive. I strive to provide my clients a space where he/she is comfortable, connected, respected, and empowered. My goals are to learn about the person I am working with and help him/her create a toolbox full of effective techniques and skills to not only be successful in counseling but in the future as well. I look forward to taking this journey towards change with you.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Sarah and I have only had one session and she was so kind and helpful. I have to share when I first called I had a scheduler on the line that I didn't care for at all. I actually hung up and called back and spoke to someone else who was lovely. She told me how to navigate your process and I found Sarah so I’m glad I didn’t give up on the first try. I look forward to Speaking to Sarah again. She was a great help to me. Thank you
