This is my first time doing therapy and I was a little nervous going into this but from the very first interaction I had with Bailey, she instantly made me feel comfortable and provided a safe space for me to fully express all of my thoughts and feelings. She’s been so encouraging and sympathetic towards me and has provided me with insight on everything I am going through and have been through. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience working as a psychotherapist, with extensive experience in crisis work. I have worked with clients with a wide range of challenges, including depression, self harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety, auditory and visual hallucinations, relationship issues, parenting problems, Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical and sexual trauma or emotional abuse. I have spent the last 5 years working with adults, children and adolescents.
My counseling style is relaxed, inviting and always transparent. I understand that making the decision to come to therapy can sometimes feel scary and overwhelming, I will always start where you are at, and never assume what you need. I want our time together to feel like team work, as we both work together to get you where you want to be. I come from a psychodynamic background, while pulling in different interventions from techniques ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)/Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Person-Centered Therapy, Brief Goal Directed Therapy, Short Term Psychodynamic Therapy, and Trauma Focused-CBT. I will work with you to find the best technique or techniques which fit your needs best!
The fact that you are here, means you have done the hardest part, which is asking for support and finally taking the leap into therapy. I am so excited to have the opportunity to work with you and work together to make changes, one step at a time!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Bailey is awesome! When we first started working together, I was all over the place. Dealing with issues relating to ADHD and childhood trauma had me stuck in a spiral of negativity that I felt hopeless to break out of. Bailey helped set me straight. She was always responsive, helpful, and insightful, and gave me the support, guidance, and accountability that I needed to reach the next plateau in my therapy journey. I now feel that I have more direction and there are now more specific things that I want to hone in on now that I've gotten some measure of stability in my life. I absolutely loved working with her and only stopped because she's moving on to a different career. If she's ever back on BH, I highly recommend her!
Bailey is exactly what you want in a therapist. She is smart, kind, thoughtful, and patient. She helped me find my way again. I refer to our conversations and practice her suggestions in my daily life. I have learned you can always pause. And, you can generally find 5 mins to journal, even if it is a voicemail to yourself.
Bailey is an incredible therapist. I have worked with her for about 6 months and I am blown away by how much progress I have made in dealing with trauma, my anxiety and ocd. I credit her amazing listening skills, her dedication to me as a client and her extraordinary instinct for leading me towards a path to my own healing. From the very beginning, I could tell that she goes above and beyond in her role as a therapist and deeply cares about her clients. It is this dedication and care that has allowed for profound healing and progress in my journey. She truly has a gift for healing and I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with her.
Bailey is awesome. She was my second therapist on BH. Since we started working together, I’ve had more progress than I’d ever expected to make. It’s been a struggle to deal with my ADHD setting me back in life, but with Bailey’s help, I can honestly say that I’ve made more headway toward my goals than I ever have.
Bailey is a great therapist and I really like working with her. From the very beginning I’ve always felt seen and supported. I’m very happy to be on here and working with a really safe person.
I feel Bailey is a great listener! Coming from someone with a LOT going on, talking with her has helped me realize a couple of the core issues to deal with FIRST instead of tackling it all at once! Thank you!
Perfect match for my needs!
Bailey Campbell is exactly the kind of counselor I needed. She pays attention to what I say and helps me look at situations from productive views.
Bailey is great, this is my first time trying therapy seriously and I don't even know what I'm looking for yet, but she's doing a good job of listening and helping me go through my thoughts during our text convos and our 2 phone sessions to date. :)
Bailey is an excellent counselor and understands how to help you look introspectively without interjecting opinion. She asks the right questions and provides the tools needed to better handle relational issues and prior trauma.
