Dr brown helped me through one of the hardest times of my life. She made me feel seen and included when I felt most alone. Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She is absolutely lovely
In just one short year, my life has significantly improved. A year ago I was having frequent panic attacks, a near constant feeling of despair and hopelessness that had been haunting me for years, and Dr. Brown helped me overcome it all. She helped me get to the root of the problem, to realize just how interconnected all of my issues were, and gave me the tools and understanding I needed to deal with them and finally let go of everything that was holding me back. Now, a year later, I can confidently say that I am in a much better place than I've ever been in, and I feel full of hope. This was exactly what I wanted out of therapy. Thanks for all the help, Dr. Brown.
Very helpful and listens!
Dr Brown is great!
Dr. Sally Brown is an absolutely amazing therapist. I’ve had a few throughout my life. None were as understanding, supportive, and helpful as she is. She’s punctual and able to help, even if just through text. Helped me through an extremely difficult time in my life, and I’m so happy she was there for me. Highly recommend!
Dr. Brown is a great listener! I spoke for 15-20 minutes straight and when I finished, and we were conversing back and forth, she was able to recall exact details as I had explained them—and this is something I greatly appreciate (really being heard).
Dr. Brown has been instrumental in me learning more about my own trauma and how to move forward in every facet of my life. She has opened me up to new ways of thinking and also helps me to execute and apply.
My therapist is doing an excellent job!
She is knowledgeable, friendly, makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her.
I have only had one session with Dr Brown so far, but I really felt a connection with her. I felt like she heard me and asked important questions to really connect with my story. She was very empathetic and helped me to feel hopeful about my journey, which has been exceedingly difficult.
