I worked with Margot for several months and really appreciated her style as a therapist. She is very kind and warm, a great listener, direct and solution-oriented, proactive in checking in, and very communicative. She helped me get through a difficult time, and continued to help me address concerns and obstacles with life in general. Would absolutely continue working with her if I hadn't moved out of state.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Margot is extremely helpful and positive during a time of negativity and sadness! She has been someone I feel is truly listening to me and getting me like a best friend would! I appreciate her words of encouragement and keep them dear to my heart and sometimes share with my own patients! I look forward to our sessions and wish I can have her on speed dial. Processing my past hurts and being told I’m moving in the right direction has helped me so much in my process: I’m grateful for her expertise and caring heart!
