I can be more grateful of finding Denise as my therapist, she guides me through life and helps me find my true self. I like that she gives me always the time to get to where i need to be and leads me to it. She's able to ask the right questions to the right moments and I would not be the person I am now if it wasn't for her. It's been almost three years now and I never felt better.

A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Denise has been a God Send to me for the past few months. I am a 63 year old woman and after 35 years of marriage there has been a breakdown and she has listened to me and helped me work through the shock, grief and solutions. For me specifically, she has mainly listened and supported me. She asks questions and provides counsel when asked or needed. I am now out of “crisis” mode and onto data gathering and decision making. I highly recommend Denise.

Just started with Denise. I had tried BetterHelp last year and should have asked for a new counselling. She was too busy: I had one session in 2 months time and a couple text chats in between. I am so impressed with Denise. You can tell she’s understanding, caring and kind. Thank you Denise and I recommend her.
