Hello, I am glad you are seeking support. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida since 2019. I have worked with clients as young as 2 years old to seniors over 100 on issues such as grief and loss, parenting concerns, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma and self-love. I use a client centered, strength based approach in assisting clients to meet their goals. To help clients to learn how to apply compassionate care towards themselves in turn providing them with the life long tool of supporting themselves in meeting their needs, always. All stemming from a holistic person-centered approach.

Taking the first step in building your mental health as well as having a trusting therapeutic relationship with someone who cares. We can work together toward managing life stressors to find healthy coping tools and eventually freedom. The therapeutic integration I strive for is one of acceptance, empathy, compassion, empowerment, dignity and respect. It is of the utmost importance for me to ensure the highest level of quality care to make sure it is tailored to meet your needs.
