My name is Wale Adegbenle, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York. I earned my Master of Social Work degree, specializing in Health and Substance Abuse, from Stony Brook University School of Social Welfare in 2003. I am also a Certified Case Manager and trained as a geriatric case manager. I have worked with many individuals and families, who have a variety of personal issues such as depression/anxiety, stress, trauma/abuse, family problems, addictions of all kinds, relationships/parenting, and many more in different settings.
In a nutshell: I'm a Christian husband and father of 3 children, who love to serve and provide mental health services. My education and career have always focused on my passion for working with individuals and their families.

Doc Wale has been very helpful because he’s been able to identify and process my personal issues and actually make concrete exercises that provide me with the tools I need on a daily basis to cope with my struggles such as anxiety and negative self talk.
