Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Bethany is an outstanding listener and a compassionate advocate for my mental health. Her guidance has helped me through some extremely challenging life events and I'm grateful for her attentiveness!
I appreciate that she let me get right to the point, and asked meaningful questions. We are three sessions in, and I feel more calm and patient.
Bethany is very sweet and patient and I feel her on a personal connection which is Amazing. It doesn’t feel like she’s just “doing her job” and she gives great solutions. It’s such a stress reliever talking to her and I can feel the results Coming soon! Thank you to Bethany!!
Bethany is incredible, truly. I have seen several therapists over the years and she does so much more than just assign a worksheet out of her file. She truly seems to understand and support my individual journey.

Bethany is amazing! This is the first time I’ve done therapy and she’s guided me and made me think of so many aha moments. She listens and recommends many great exercises to help. I would strongly recommend her to anyone at any point of their lives.
Great service. Bethany listens completely and I feel heard.
I’ve only had about 3 sessions w/ her & literally on my first, she gave me things to do until our next session that helped me tremendously. I really appreciate her & look forward to each session now. I’m thankful that I have been able to have her as someone who can help me on my journey!
I have only had two sessions so far. I like the prompted journal entries and the option to share with my therapist.
Bethany is very understanding and wise!
It has been difficult but every meeting that has been done here has helped. No matter what it helps me go "if this doesn't work then there no shame in failing"
I can't say enough good things about Bethany. She has truly been an integral part of my journey to healing. From the start of our very first session, she was able to make me feel safe and comfortable. I had a lot of anxiety surrounding therapy, but after a few sessions, I was no longer anxious and actually looked forward to talking. She has helped me work through so much- past trauma, current stressors, relationships, etc. I really believe the work she does is life changing, and I am very grateful. Thank you, Bethany!
Bethany is always respectful of my time and what I am doing. She is great with what I need to talk about and how to help and give ideas that I have not thought about.
I’m very excited to have Bethany as my therapist. I couldn’t be happier with her and where I am at.
I think Bethany does a great job noticing my concerns around my life and gently pushing me towards making better choices. She never comes off as standoff-ish and is always there to genuinely help. Her calm nature & open ended questions end up allowing me to share my inner thoughts and feelings which makes the sessions go well.
Bethany is a great listener. She responds very quickly to messages. She cares. She has great advice
She's a great listener and really understands what type of therapy you need. She’s amazing and I would recommend her to anyone!
Bethany has been such a huge support to me! I will forever cherish the work we have done together during my transitions in life. Thank you for really listening and supporting me!
Although we are only a few sessions in, Bethany has helped me wade through the beginning of a difficult period in my life by giving me the tools I need to prioritize myself.
Bethany is a great listener and supporter. She sends me worksheets to help and is replies right away to any questions
Changed my life.
She is very helpful and understanding!
I've seen several therapists, and I'm just one session I already feel like Bethany "gets it" and was able to offer some extremely valuable insight.
I think Bethany is doing a terrific job!
Bethany has been such a helpful and compassionate presence over the last few months. She takes time to listen and has caring and thought-provoking responses. She is quick to respond with any concerns I have in between sessions, and has gone out of her way to check in on me when I’m having a rough time. I feel incredibly supported and seen! She has been so helpful in processing a lot of things and is skillful enough to unearth issues and areas needing work that I wasn’t even aware existed.
Bethany gives validation, which for someone that struggles with anxiety and/or depression is so valuable. She listens and provides thoughtful feedback that really helps.
I went into this experience hesitant... how can someone help me but also in a way that I wanted, which was/is not to be face to face because I personally let more out when I'm writing and so texting has really worked out for me.. it's based off of my schedule and when I'm able to respond.. it has truly been a blessing in disguise for me as far as being able to open up and also do it in my own time at my own pace and not fear the face-to-face judgemental that I put upon myself. I feel pretty comfortable with her and would be more willing to do a face to face now..
Bethany is amazing.
Bethany’s mentoring and guidance has proven to be incredibly beneficial for me and my marriage and I so grateful!
I came into therapy with severe stomach issues, caused by anxiety and depression. Bethany gave me the tools I needed to work through the root of the issue, and now I can confidently say I almost never get them any more. She is kind, thoughtful, and doesn’t discredit my concerns/issues. I will always be recommending her!!
Bethany is absolutely wonderful. She is thoughtful and attentive and accommodating, and truly creates a safe space for our conversations. She is able to pull out themes and help me see a pattern in certain behaviors. I would highly recommend her!
She is friendly and kind; very comfortable to open up to. Great at listening, validating and setting up a path for better health.
