I am a counselor dedicated to seeing others not only grow and heal but also thrive. I love to guide others toward identifying and accomplishing their goals, and my practice flows from deep empathy and care for those I have the privilege of working with. From 2018-2021, I worked with individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, and because of that, I have had the opportunity to focus on the many issues related to recovery including trauma and abuse, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, anger management, and so much more!
My counseling style is warm, conversational, and client directed. I strongly believe in meeting people where they are, and helping them get to where they want to go! I believe in creating an atmosphere that is judgment free and emotionally safe, because the best, most sustained changes happen when you are able to completely be yourself. Your past and present decisions and experiences do not have to define you; change is possible!
You are the expert in your own life, and I believe that the key to success lies within you. Let's find it together. I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Did a great job listening and had good insight and strategies to help with tricky interpersonal interactions. Recommend her.
She is a fantastic therapist. She gives a very welcoming vibe where I feel like I can really open up about even the most embarrassing parts of myself. She has very insightful and helpful inputs also.
Amazing therapist. Very responsive
Takes the time to listen. Asks great questions to help me process my emotions and motivation for resolutions.
She is amazing hands down
So far I have loved working with Jennifer. Her responsiveness to my concerns and needs has been so helpful! I love that she gives me the opportunity to message and chat through out the week between our sessions. It is so helpful for unpacking and processing current difficult situations.
Jennifer is awesome with messaging checking in and providing support!
Very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate!

She's a great therapist
Jennifer listens and provides appropriate feedback to help me.
A huge thanks to Jennifer! She listens without judgement and has alot of helpful tips for moving forward towards growth. I love her willingness to be of any help but mostly for just listening and being there for support and her compassion. I feel like she is helping me grow in my emotional and spiritual life.
I love working with Jennifer. She’s been very helpful and send me worksheets to help with my progress.
Jennifer is very kind, compassionate, supporting and knowledgeable. She has been a blessing and I would highly recommend her services to others.
I have appreciated her respect and comfort when dealing with difficult matters. She is encouraging and understanding. I would recommend her.
In all my trauma, struggles with my Borderline Personality Disorder, and other issues I have had overwhelm me and take over my life, I have never met a therapist or person as responsive and caring to my individual needs as Jennifer Robert. If there was a way I could continue to see her and afford it financially, I would books sessions with her every week after my 5 free trial sessions (with my insurance). She is very receptive, responsive, caring to my individual needs, and she is helping me actually grow and process in my personal journey. She is actually helping me get better at managing my emotions, improve how I think/view myself, and help me overcome my PTSD, self hatred, and Borderline Personality Disorder that has haunted me and taken over my life for so long. It is a process, and I understand it is going to be a journey that takes time. But, she is a therapist that actually gives a fuck about you, and she is like here to stay. I can message her during the week if I struggle with something. I have seen a different therapist to do the Rapid Eye Movement specialty therapy to reprocess my PTSD, and it didn't help at all. And that therapist wasn't really responsive to my actual needs. But, Jennifer is helping me. And I cannot reccommend her enough.
Jennifer is very attentive and really shows compassion. She generally cares about what you are going through and listens to what you are struggling with. I am really glad the two of us were paired together through Betterhelp therapy service.
Can't thank her enough for helping me think before I speak and just figuring out better ways for me to process and respond to different situations. My communication skills have improved vastly in a short time thanks to Jennifer!
Very nice person who is very easy and comfortable to talk to. By the way she talks, I can tell she is smart and a good listener, and seems to understand what it is I hope to accomplish in counseling.
Jennifer is kind and professional, patient and smart. I’ve enjoyed working with her and look forward to more in the future.
Jennifer is awesome, she listens to me and helps me work through my head in my own way.
