Over the last 3 months, Patricia has validated my feelings and been a steady ear each week as I navigated very intense emotions. During our time working together, Patricia has exposed me to the tools I need to gain insight on myself and assist in healthy communication with others. I have learned so much over the last few months, and am excited to continue the journey.

What to say about Patricia.... I guess I'll start with she is actively helping me change my life. I feel supported and heard in a way that feels natural, not clinical. It's pretty obvious to me that Patricia is a master of her craft. 10 out of 10 would recommend her to anyone. She isn't the first therapist I've engaged, with even on this platform, but it's clear to me that she can be the last. Thank you Patricia.

Patricia has been amazing, and helped me in ways I didn't think we're possible. Being able to message her at anytime, as well as having a journal to use, and goals to work towards has made the process of grieving more understandable and manageable.
