Greetings! I completed my undergraduate and graduate work (MSW) in the field of Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have worked in a clinical setting for the last seven years and have experience in working with individuals who are dealing with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, abuse, parenting, and relationships.
I am deeply attuned to the emotions of others and encourage observation of symbolism in a person’s life. I value the inherent worth and goodness of all beings and am here to create a safe and accepting environment in which my clients feel supported on their psychological, emotional, and interpersonal paths. I have had a personally profound experience in 10 years of psychoanalytical work and believe in the capacity of the mind, body, and spirit to heal and thrive. I compassionately challenge my clients to strive for their desired goals utilizing mindfulness, somatic, and cognitive tools to support them as they navigate life.
You are taking a brave step to access support and resources in pursuing continued growth and wellness. I look forward to connecting with you and helping you to build a life that aligns with your desires and deepest sense of who you are. I am so glad that you are here!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
