I’ve been working with Elizabeth for a few months now, and it’s not an overstatement to say that she has changed my life! She is an excellent therapist, a wonderful person and an all-time great giver of advice! She always makes me feel seen and heard, while at the same time encouraging me to actively work on goals that we set based on our conversations. She’s always prepared to help me launch into a session, and on the rare occasion that I don’t know what to talk about, she has been very thoughtful in suggesting points that were raised in previous sessions. She is incredibly patient and kind, always making sure we work in a way that is comfortable for me. No matter what I experienced in a given week, whenever I log into a session with her, I know I am entering a safe space where I can just be, all thanks to her amazing work. On top of all that, she is unbelievably generous with her time and always understanding of my crazy, ever-changing schedule. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Elizabeth is the kind of therapist everyone deserves. Not only is she incredibly supportive, kind and open; she is also 100% committed to helping her clients on their personal mental health journey and works with them where they are. I have thoroughly enjoyed every single one of our sessions and have been able to take positive momentum from each and every one of them.
Elizabeth has made me feel so comfortable every session. Anytime I need to open up, she knows how to help me feel validated and understood. It’s like chatting with a friend, and just so good for the soul afterwards.
Elizabeth went out of her way to work with my very difficult schedule issues. Working graveyard six days a week with 12+ hour days makes it impossible to utilize traditional in person sessions and online not so easy either. She made it a point to set appointment for me while traveling for work and providing sessions for me literally before the sun came up. The system had issues on one of our sessions which left us unable to utilize internet but she had no phone access in the building so she made her way to a private spot in another location immediately and never mentioned a word when our session ended up going 90+ minutes due to only about a 15 interruption of service from the app my major take away from this story is her knowing that my session that day had some serious issues going on and she was going to do everything in her power to ensure that I had what I needed after the interruption. She took the time from the very start to listen and help me to immediately feel comfortable and working towards getting through my issues
