Erica is a great therapist who has helped me through so much. She is easy to talk to and is patient as I work through thoughts and feelings. Because of her healthcare background, she has helped me to feel more confident when I meet with doctors and to stand up for myself when I’m uncomfortable or have questions. She also is very positive and that helps me to find ways to look at situations differently, which has greatly helped me with my anxiety. I definitely recommend her as a therapist.

Erica helped me through one of the hardest parts of my life. PPD is difficult and she was able to laugh with me cry with me and help me feel heard and supported. I would recommend her to anyone and if I ever do need therapy again she will be the first I seek out. She schedules her appointments in a way that helps you grow, providing support on stresses from the week… worksheets to help you learn things like boundaries and asking for help. She is very helpful when offering support and I feel like I was able to make the most progress in the 6 months seeing her than I ever have in my therapy journey before.
