It's hard to put into a little blurb how impactful working with Jennifer has been on my life and just how highly I think of her as a person. I have been seeing Jenn for about ~2 years, and was connected with her at a very difficult time in my life, where I was a new mom struggling with anxiety. She not only gave me the tools to help combat the acute issues I had during that time but has continued to help me long term on a variety of fronts such as increasing confidence, working on people pleasing, relationship/work challenges, and she has helped me to reframe some of my negative thought processes and to recognize the importance of allowing oneself grace in all aspects of life and the permission to slow down. She is kind, intelligent, thoughtful and caring. She has meant so much to me and I highly recommend her to anyone!
