Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Susan is an Angel, she goes straight into solving the problem taking into consideration where YOU are at in the healing phase. She is worth every penny.
I couldn’t have imagined stumbling upon a better individual to help me deal with my yearslong mental wrestling matches. Sue is nothing short of the epitome in therapy. In the past, I have found many therapists to lack anything other than lending an ear, and no solutions or progress were ever made. Sue is a great coach and motivator, with empathy and realistic approaches. She UNDERSTANDS. She doesn’t copy and paste one or two approaches, it’s clear that she cares and that she tailors to specific patient needs. Sessions are never stale. I enjoy her as a professional and as a person. I am truly grateful for Sue and I wish I could give her a hug from all this distance. Thank you Sue!!!
Susan has been one of the greatest therapist to understand my needs, understanding where my psyche comes from & where it's at. All while giving me tools. Couldn't be happier.
Susan is responsive and genuine. She is knowledgeable and makes me feel like she has taken time to research my issue and come up with workable tools and solutions to help me. I look forward to my sessions with her and I feel as though she is teaching me how to better manage my situation.
She is thoughtful and kind. A great listener with excellent tools. She meets me where I am!

You’ve made me believe that change is possible - thank you!
In my short period of time with Susan, I can honestly say I've learned more about myself & why I do the things that I do all while giving me support & words on encouragement.
Susan has been absolutely amazing to talk to. She has responded quickly to any concerns I've had, and has given me multiple effective tools to deal with my issues. If this was a 5 star rating, I would give her six.
Susan is very supportive and solution oriented. She has a vast experience and provides great tool on how to deal with anxiety and other issues. She is warm and supportive and I highly recommend her!
Sue is great. Very kind and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Sue's kind understanding, insightful advice, and practical guidance have allowed me to experience deep growth and healing. I had been to therapy before, with mixed results, and was hesitant to try BetterHelp. Sue exceeded all of my expectations and her support allowed me to make significant positive changes to my life. She is phenomenal, a truly wonderful person, and I look forward to our session every week.
Susan is absolutely AMAZING, i can't say enough good things about her!
Sue is incredible. She makes me feel understood and supported, and has allowed me to work through so many traumas and personal struggles. I constantly tell those close to me how much my experience with her has changed my life.
Susan has been great, she is a great listener and has helped helped me tremendously in navigating through my pain points to live a better day to day life.
Susan is very knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Sue is an excellent counselor and has been a great help to my mental health. I could not recommend her more highly- she is very responsive and is great at explaining, listening, and providing strategies/ exercises. I would absolutely recommend her services.
Sue is warm and approachable. She listens fully, then offers advice and techniques to use outside of sessions. As someone new to therapy, I feel very comfortable with Sue.
I appreciate Sue! Even though I’m a new client of hers, when I forgot to check in with her after a week, she asked how I’ve been feeling. She helps me feel like I have support! Another time the app wasn’t working on my end during a session. She tried calling me and allowed me to vent during the last 15 minutes of our scheduled phone call rather than giving up in the beginning.
