Ashley is a wonderful listener who effectively conveys her understanding for what we discuss in each session. She also helps to focus my priorities with me, allowing me to feel more secure in my day to day. I appreciate the feeling that I’m never alone and it makes it easier to be honest with myself. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone who’s been fighting the good fight alone. She’s a very kind, gentle and sweet soul and I almost always feel as though she’s just as happy to be in our sessions as I am.

Hello and welcome! First and foremost, I want to commend you in taking the brave first step and seeking help. I am glad you have found your way to this page. My name is Ashley Zook and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I discovered my passion for social work at Florida State University (Go Noles!) where I attained a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Continuing with my education, I attended Florida Atlantic University where I earned a Master’s degree in Social Work.

I am passionate when it comes to working with clients and helping them accept and overcome challenges they may encounter. Throughout my six years in the field of social work, I have assisted clients struggling with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief, loss, relationships, self-esteem, and stress. I have worked one-on-one with clients who have experienced physical trauma, emotional abuse, and/or sexual abuse. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and building a strong relationship which will pave the way for healing, fulfillment, and positive growth. Witnessing the strength and resilience of an individual in overcoming challenges through therapy constantly inspires me and what drives me to continue showing up for my clients.
